.DISCUSSION...
Slightly breezy north-northwesterly winds with speeds between 10
to 15 mph and gusts up to 20 mph will persist through early this
afternoon (around 2PM PDT). Thereafter, winds will be out of the
west to northwest with speeds near and below 10 kts. Minimum
humidities will be between 10 and 15 percent. Starting Thursday
afternoon, gusty winds will likely cause a few hours of hazardous
fire weather conditions. Winds will be out of the west, with
sustained speeds between 15 and 25 mph and gusts up to 35 mph.
