A RESULT...GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP AHEAD OF THE COLD
FRONT LATE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...IN THE 20 TO 30 MPH RANGE WITH
GUSTS APPROACHING 35 BY EVENING...AND CONTINUE MOST OF WEDNESDAY
