.DISCUSSION...
Winds will be from the northwest overnight and through the day
Tuesday. Wind speeds will be 5-10 mph early in the morning,
increasing to 10-15 mph by late morning and continuing through
4 PM. Occasional gusts of 18-20 mph are possible during the
late morning and afternoon. Winds will diminish and become
light northerly in the evening, by 6 PM. Relative humidity
values will drop below 40 percent by 11 AM, and below 30
percent by 1 PM. Minimum relative humidity values 3-4 PM
will be near 24 percent.
