.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN OVER THE REGION TONIGHT
THROUGH WEDNESDAY WITH JUST ENOUGH MOISTURE AND INSTABILITY TO
GENERATE ISOLATED AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING THUNDERSTORMS OVER
THE MOUNTAINS. THESE COULD FORM NEAR OR OVER THE PROJECT SITE
BRINGING A THREAT OF GUSTY ERRATIC WINDS...LIGHTNING AND LIGHT
RAIN SHOWERS BUT ONLY A VERY SMALL CHANCE OF WETTING RAIN.
TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE LIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY...BARELY STRONG
ENOUGH TO RAISE CLEARING INDICES ABOVE 500 TUESDAY AND NOT QUITE
STRONG ENOUGH TO RAISE INDICES ABOVE 500 WEDNESDAY DESPITE THE
WARM TEMPERATURES AND UNSTABLE AIRMASS. MOISTURE WILL START TO
REACH THE PROJECT SITE BEFORE SUNRISE THURSDAY WITH SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS BECOMING LIKELY THURSDAY AFTERNOON CONTINUING
THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY. A PERIOD OF WETTING RAIN IS LIKELY AT
SOME TIME STARTING LATE THURSDAY THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING. THE
THREAT OF SHOWERS AT THE SITE WILL CONTINUE FRIDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH THE WEEKEND BUT THESE WILL BE LESS NUMEROUS WITH A SMALLER
CHANCE OF WETTING RAIN.
