.DISCUSSION...The cold front across far northwest Utah early this
morning will move slowly south this morning. This front will strengthen
rapidly during the afternoon as it approaches the fire site. A short
period of heavy rain/snow as the front passes the site late this
afternoon or early this evening will be followed by accumulating
snows for the overnight hours. A short lull in snow may follow early
Saturday, with snow possibly turning moderate to heavy again later
Saturday/Saturday evening. Lingering snow showers early Sunday will
give way to drier conditions by Sunday evening.

Elevated transport winds will keep clearing indices high today. This
index will remain elevated Saturday due to precipitation.
