.DISCUSSION...West winds will be predominant for Monday, with any
gusts expected coming from a general westerly direction. Winds will
likely become calmer by sunrise before downslope winds begin to
enhance Monday afternoon and evening. Gusts could exceed  40 kts for
a couple hours Monday evening/night.Mountain wave/ rotor activity
looks to limit predictability of winds aloft/smoke transport. Winds
should then relax and become mainly terrain-driven for Tuesday.
