IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES OVER THE EASTERN GREAT
LAKES WILL CONTINUE TO SLIDE EAST THIS AFTERNOON AS A TROUGH OF
LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.7 INCHES OVER THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN
PLAINS MOVES EAST TOWARDS THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES...AND THEN MOVES
EAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY. THIS LOW
WILL THEN CONTINUE TO THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES FRIDAY NIGHT...AS A
RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES BUILDS EAST OVER THE
UPPER MIDWEST AND WESTERN GREAT LAKES SATURDAY AND REMAINING
SITUATED THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEKEND.
