LATE SUNDAY EVENING. A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.7 INCHES
EXTENDING FROM HUDSON BAY TO THE WESTERN PLAINS SUNDAY AFTERNOON
WILL MOVE EAST...CROSSING THE UPPER GREAT LAKES MONDAY INTO MONDAY
NIGHT. AS THE TROUGH MOVES TO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES BY LATE
TUESDAY...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES WILL BUILD INTO THE UPPER
GREAT LAKES. THE HIGH WILL THEN LINGER OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES
