SLOWLY MOVE NORTHEAST ALONG THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PORTIONS OF
THE SOUTH CAROLINA COAST THROUGH TONIGHT. HEAVY RAINFALL IS
POSSIBLE WHICH COULD PRODUCE LOCALIZED FLOODING...MAINLY IN LOW
LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS THROUGH EARLY EVENING.
