This hazardous weather outlook is for eastern Utah and western
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Snow will decrease over western Colorado this morning as the
latest upper level disturbance moves east of the Continental
Divide. After a lull later this morning into early this afternoon
showers will redevelop over the northern and central Colorado
mountains ahead of the next disturbance approaching from the
northwest. Snowfall will increase in intensity and areal coverage
as the upper level disturbance passes over the area tonight.
Accumulations are expected to be relatively light for the
mountain areas, generally ranging from 3 to 6 inches with locally
higher amounts.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

The next chance for snow arrives Tuesday night and Wednesday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight, however
spotters are encouraged to report snowfall amounts to the
National Weather Service in Grand Junction.
