  CHESAPEAKE BAY FROM WINDMILL POINT TO NEW POINT COMFORT VA...
  JAMES RIVER FROM JAMES RIVER BRIDGE TO HAMPTON ROADS
  BRIDGE-TUNNEL...

AT 511 PM EDT...GOES SATELLITE IMAGERY INDICATED LOW PRESSURE
LIFTING ACROSS THE LOWER CHESAPEAKE BAY. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
AHEAD OF THE LOW WILL BRING NORTH NORTHWEST WINDS TO 25 KT AND LOW
VISIBILITY IN HEAVY RAINFALL THROUGH 630 PM EDT...BETWEEN NEW POINT
COMFORT AND WINDMILL POINT TO NEAR NASSAWADOX REEF. WINDS IN THE
LOWER JAMES RIVER TO THE CHESAPEAKE BAY BRIDGE TUNNEL WILL BECOME
WEST SOUTHWEST 20 TO 30 KNOTS THROUGH 7PM EDT...DIMINISHING TO 10 TO
15 KNOTS LATER THIS EVENING.
