  ATLANTIC WATERS OF PUERTO RICO AND USVI FROM 10 NM TO 19.5N...
  COASTAL WATERS OF NORTHERN PUERTO RICO OUT 10 NM...

AT 106 AM AST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED AROUND 10 MILES TO THE NORTH OF VEGA BAJA
TO 15 MILES NORTH OF THE SAN JUAN COASTLINE...MOVING NORTHWEST AT
AROUND 20 KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK
SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.

INTENSE LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. IF CAUGHT ON THE
OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE...KEEP AWAY FROM UNGROUNDED
METAL OBJECTS.
