THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  CHARLOTTE HARBOR AND PINE ISLAND SOUND...
  COASTAL WATERS FROM BONITA BEACH TO ENGLEWOOD FL OUT 20 NM...

AT 1207 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...IN
ADDITION TO FREQUENT LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAINFALL. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR
GASPARILLA ISLAND TO 10 NM SOUTHWEST OF BONITA BEACH. THUNDERSTORMS
WERE NEARLY STATIONARY...OR SLOWLY DRIFTING NORTH AT 5 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
SANIBEL...FORT MYERS BEACH...CAPTIVA AND BONITA BEACH.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE
HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.

AGENCY. THEY WILL RELAY YOUR REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE
