EVENING AND INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE
BEHIND THE COLD FRONT TO AROUND 20 KNOTS WITH HIGHER GUSTS LIKELY.

* WINDS...NORTHWESTERLY WINDS AROUND 20 KNOTS WITH FREQUENTLY HIGHER
  GUSTS.

* WAVES/SEAS...2 TO 4 FEET OUT TO 20 NAUTICAL MILES AND 4 TO 6
  FEET FROM 20 NAUTICAL MILES TO 60 NAUTICAL MILES

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
