...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WINDS...South to southwest 25 to 30 knots with gusts to 35 knots
  through late afternoon.

* SEAS...Combined seas 30 to 35 feet with wave periods around 18
  seconds, subsiding to around 25 feet by late this afternoon and
  then to 20 feet tonight.

* THUNDERSTORMS...A slight chance of thunderstorms late this
  morning through early evening. Erratic wind gusts up to 40 knots
  associated with any thunderstorm.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

* FIRST EBB...Strong ebb around 530 pm. Seas building to 27 feet
  with breakers.

* SECOND EBB...Around 615 am Friday. Seas building to 21 feet with
  breakers likely.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory for rough bar means that wave conditions
are expected to be hazardous to small craft in or near harbor
entrances.
