THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SEATTLE HAS ISSUED A GALE WATCH...
WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY EVENING THROUGH LATE MONDAY NIGHT.

* WAVES...WILL RISE TO 2 TO 4 FEET EARLY THIS EVENING BEFORE
  SUBSIDING OVERNIGHT. EXPECT WAVES TO BUILD TO 4 TO 6 FEET MONDAY
  EVENING.

* WIND...WILL RISE FROM THE WEST AT 15 TO 25 KNOTS LATE TODAY OR
  EARLY THIS EVENING BEFORE EASING OVERNIGHT. EXPECT WINDS TO RISE
  TO GALE FORCE EARLY MONDAY EVENING. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL
  LIKELY BE OVER THE CENTRAL STRAIT OF JUAN DE FUCA.

* TIMING...WINDS ARE ANTICIPATED TO REACH GALE FORCE BETWEEN 6 PM
  AND 8 PM PDT MONDAY.

47 KNOTS HAS SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED...BUT THE SPECIFIC TIMING
AND/OR LOCATION IS STILL UNCERTAIN. IT IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE
ADDITIONAL LEAD TIME FOR MARINERS WHO MAY WISH TO CONSIDER ALTERING
THEIR PLANS.
