...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONTINUED THROUGH MID MORNING FOR THE OUTER
WATERS...

.STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WELL OFFSHORE WILL CONTINUE A LARGE WIND
SWELL INTO THE OUTER COASTAL WATERS THROUGH MID MORNING. THE COMBINED
SEAS OF 8 TO 10 FEET AND STEEP WAVES WILL CONTINUE HAZARDOUS SMALL
CRAFT CONDITIONS IN THE OUTER WATERS. WINDS WILL DIMINISH THIS
MORNING AND SEAS WILL GRADUALLY SUBSIDE DURING THE DAY.

* TIMING...THROUGH MID MORNING.

* IMPACTS...STEEP WAVES WILL CREATE ROUGH CONDITIONS FOR SMALL
  CRAFT.

* OUTLOOK...HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT ARE LIKELY TO
  OCCUR AGAIN FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SATURDAY DUE TO STRONG
  NORTHWEST WINDS AND STEEP SWELL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR COMBINED SEAS OF 10 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO
PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED
MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD
AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
