THIS AREA...LOCALIZED HEAVY DOWNPOURS AROUND 1/2 OF AN INCH OF
RAIN IN 15 OR 20 MINUTES...WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 45 MPH...AND
OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING WILL ACCOMPANY THE STRONGER
STORMS.
