SOUTH THROUGH THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN SOUTH PLAINS. THE OUTFLOW
WILL BRING GUSTY WINDS TO 55 MPH AND LOW VISIBILITY DUE TO
BLOWING DUST. TO THE NORTH OF THE BOUNDARY...SCATTERED
THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ROUGHLY EASTWARD ACROSS THE
AREA. BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...SMALL HAIL...AND STRONG WIND GUSTS WILL
ACCOMPANY THE STRONGER STORMS.
