* OBSERVATIONS...WINDS HAVE BEEN GUSTING 50 TO 55 MPH ACROSS THE
  AREA THIS AFTERNOON.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL STAY STRONG LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY
  THIS EVENING...THEN GRADUALLY DECREASE LATE THIS EVENING AND
  OVERNIGHT.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS CROSSWINDS ALONG INTERSTATE 90 AND ON
  LOCAL ROADS AROUND NYE.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WIND GUSTS 50 TO 60 MPH.

WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR
