.HIGH PRESSURE WAS LOCATED OVER IOWA PRODUCING CLEAR SKIES AND
LIGHT WINDS. RADIATIONAL COOLING WILL BE FAVORABLE UNDER THESE
CONDITIONS WITH TEMPERATURES FALLING INTO THE LOW TO MID 30S NORTH
AND WEST OF DES MOINES THROUGH DAYBREAK.

  DAYBREAK RESULTING IN AREAS OF FROST.

* IMPACTS...PLANTS AND TENDER VEGETATION MAY BE KILLED IF LEFT
  OUTSIDE UNCOVERED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FROST ADVISORY MEANS THAT FROST IS POSSIBLE. SENSITIVE OUTDOOR
PLANTS MAY BE KILLED IF LEFT UNCOVERED. IT MAY BE A GOOD IDEA TO
DISCONNECT HOSES FROM OUTDOOR FAUCETS WHERE TEMPERATURES REACH THE
FREEZING MARK.
