.Strong south winds will continue over southern Louisiana and
southeast Texas south of Interstate 10 through early Sunday
Morning. Sustained winds of 20 to 25 mph with gusts of 30 to 40
mph should be expected.

Winds continue to decrease across areas north of Interstate 10,
however gusty winds will still occur through early Sunday Morning,
especially in storms.

  vehicles, especially on east to west and elevated roadways.
  Loose lawn objects along with trash cans will be blown around.
  Small tree limbs broken. Sporadic power outages possible.
