BAY AREA AND CENTRAL COAST THIS MORNING. SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL
CONTINUE TO INCREASE AHEAD OF AND ALONG THE FRONTAL PASSAGE. THE
STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE NEAR THE COAST AND IN THE HIGHER TERRAIN.
