.A COLD FRONT WILL PASS THROUGH THE REGION LATE TONIGHT. THE
RESULT WILL BE VERY WINDY CONDITIONS...POSSIBLY ENHANCED BY
THUNDERSTORMS...ACROSS THE PALOUSE AND NEAR THE NORTH BLUE
MOUNTAINS.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.

* TIMING...POCKETS OF VERY WINDY CONDITIONS WILL FIRST DEVELOP
  THIS EVENING COINCIDING WITH SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...THEN
  BECOME MORE PROLONGED AND WIDESPREAD ONCE THE COLD FRONT
  PASSES AND THE PRECIPITATION ENDS OR DIMINISHES MARKEDLY.

* IMPACTS...UNANCHORED HIGH SURFACE AREA OBJECTS MAY BE SHIFTED OR
  TOPPLED. HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ALONG THE MOSTLY UNSHELTERED
  HIGHWAYS OF 195 AND 95 ACROSS THE PALOUSE AND HIGHWAY 12 OVER
  ALPOWA SUMMIT WILL BE ESPECIALLY AFFECTED.
