* WINDS...SOUTHWEST TO WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS 30 TO 35
  MPH INCREASING TO 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH BY
  EARLY EVENING.

* PYRAMID LAKE WAVE HEIGHTS: 2 TO 4 FEET. HIGHEST WAVES ALONG THE
  NORTH AND EAST SHORES.

* SMALL BOATS WILL BE PRONE TO CAPSIZING AND SHOULD REMAIN OFF
  LAKE WATERS UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE.

* VISIBILITY: DUST WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY DOWN TO 1 MILE AT TIMES.
  DRIVERS...INCLUDING I-80 BETWEEN LOVELOCK AND WINNEMUCCA AND
  ALONG HIGHWAY 95...SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN REDUCTIONS IN
  VISIBILITY.
