.Synopsis... Strong high pressure passing north of the waters will
shift eastward through Friday. A ridge to the north will weaken over
the weekend as low pressure, currently over the western Pacific,
lifts northeastward.

CHANNELS AND WATERS SOUTH OF THE BIG ISLAND...

.TONIGHT...East winds 25 to 35 knots. Wind waves 9 to 15 feet.
North swell 7 feet. Scattered showers.
.FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT...East winds 10 to 20 knots around
Kauai...east 20 to 25 knots elsewhere. Wind waves 7 to 11 feet.
North swell 5 to 6 feet. Swell east 6 to 7 feet. Scattered
showers.
.SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT...East winds 10 to 20 knots. Wind
waves 3 to 5 feet. Mixed swell north 4 to 5 feet and east 6 to 7 feet.
