produce unstable conditions over the western waters through today.

.TODAY...East winds 15 to 25 knots. Wind waves 4 to 7 feet. Swell
east 3 feet. Heavy showers likely and slight chance of
thunderstorms.
.TONIGHT...East winds 15 to 25 knots. Wind waves 4 to 7 feet.
Southeast swell 3 feet after midnight. Swell east 3 feet.
Scattered showers.
.WEDNESDAY...East winds 20 to 25 knots. Wind waves 6 to 9 feet.
Southeast swell 3 feet and east 4 feet. Scattered showers.
