OVER THE LAST TWO DAYS...HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN IN PORTIONS OF ARKANSAS.
AS MUCH AS SEVEN TO TEN INCHES CAUSED FLOODING IN EASTERN ARKANSAS. THE
HEAVIEST RAIN FELL BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND NOON ON SUNDAY JUNE 29TH.
