HYDROLOGIC STATEMENT

...The National Weather Service in St Louis has issued a hydrologic
statement for the following rivers...

  Mississippi River  affecting Winfield LD25...Grafton

.This hydrologic statement is based on excessive rainfall that fell upstream
the last three days...

Safety message:  Never drive cars, trucks, or sport utility vehicles
through flooded areas.  The water may be too deep to allow for safe
passage.

The Mississippi River at Winfield LD25
* At 10PM Saturday the stage was 24.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
* The river is forecast to rise above flood stage by next weekend.

* Minor flooding is forecast.
