...Notable river level rises observed on the Rio Grande...

Recent heavy rains in the area has resulted in water flowing into the
drainage basins running into the Rio Grande. This has contributed to
water rising above or forecasted to rise above action stage for
Johnson Ranch and the Boquillas Ranger Station on the Rio Grande.
These locations will be decreasing to below action stage tonight/
tomorrow morning barring additional rainfall.
