 FORECAST / REMARKS >>
  The Paradise Creek at Moscow rose above the action station of
  8 feet early Sunday morning due to a combination of recent rain
  and snow melt. The creek is forecast to continue to rise through
  Sunday afternoon...before falling Sunday night as temperatures fall
  and winds subside. At this time any rise is expected to remain
  below flood stage levels.
