LOW-LEVEL CONVERGENCE COMBINED WITH UPPER-LEVEL DIVERGENCE SOUTH OF
AN UPPER-LEVEL LOW NEAR 24N141E IS PRODUCING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A
FEW THUNDERSTORMS NORTHWEST OF THE MARIANAS WITHIN 175 MILES OF A
LINE FROM 15N133E TO 23N142E.

ANOTHER UPPER-LEVEL LOW IS CENTERED NEAR MINAMI TORI SHIMA AT
23N155E. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE FOUND
BETWEEN 18N AND 24N FROM 151E TO 160E.

TRADE-WIND CONVERGENCE IS GENERATING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS NEAR KOSRAE AND SOUTH OF POHNPEI BETWEEN 1N AND 7N
FROM 157E TO 170E.

A SURFACE TROUGH EAST OF MAJURO EXTENDS NORTHEASTWARD FROM 5N173E TO
10N177E. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE SEEN
NORTHEAST OF MAJURO BETWEEN 8N AND 13N FROM 172E TO 180.
