Expect west to southwest winds of 25 to 35 mph, with gusts
exceeding 45 mph through the early morning hours.

The locations most affected by the stronger winds is along
Interstate 29 between 5 miles north of Peever to Summit, or
between mile markers 210 and 225. These winds may result in
patchy blowing and drifting snow which could limit visibility.
Anyone with travel plans across this area should be prepared for
inclement weather, and are urged to slow down and allow for extra
distance between vehicles in periods of low visibility.
