WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS FROM CHICKASAW COUNTY INTO
WINNESHIEK COUNTY...MOVING EAST AROUND 30 MPH. THESE STORMS ARE
PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL...WITH AMOUNTS OF UP TO 2 INCHES PER
HOUR REPORTED. AS THESE STORMS TRACK ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH 930
