NORTHEASTERN MALHEUR COUNTIES UNTIL 700 PM MDT...

At 614 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles southeast of Henley Basin to Elephant
Butte. Movement was east at 40 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  New Plymouth and Mann Creek Reservoir around 620 PM MDT.
  Caldwell, Midvale Hill, Lake Lowell and Presley Bridge around 630
  PM MDT.
  Nampa, Kuna, Middleton and Midvale around 640 PM MDT.
  Emmett, Meridian, Star and Eagle around 650 PM MDT.
  Boise, Garden City, Horseshoe Bend and Ola around 700 PM MDT.
