POINTS...ARE LEADING TO AREA WIDE FOG FORMATION THIS MORNING.
MORNING SURFACE OBSERVATIONS AROUND DEEP SOUTH TEXAS AND THE RIO
GRANDE VALLEY SHOW AREAS OF FOG...WITH VISIBILITY OF A MILE OR
LESS...WITH SOME POCKETS OF LOCALLY DENSE FOG. VISIBILITY WILL
LOWER TO A QUARTER OF A MILE OR LESS IN AREAS OF LOCALLY DENSE
FOG. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO SLOW DOWN AND DRIVE WITH CAUTION IN
AREAS OF FOG. THE FOG WILL LIFT AND DISSIPATE AFTER SUNRISE.
