AT 538 PM CDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS NEAR MENDOTA...MOVING SOUTH
AT 5 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH AND HALF INCH HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS
STORM. IN ADDITION...ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR THIS
STORM TO PRODUCE FUNNEL CLOUDS. THESE FUNNEL CLOUDS IF THEY DO
DEVELOP WILL LIKELY BE SHORT LIVED AND ARE NOT LIKELY TO TOUCH THE
GROUND.
