...Areas of fog with patchy dense fog possible through the early
morning hours...

Surface observations across the area indicate visibilities are
lowering early this morning. Although widespread dense fog is not
expected, highly localized dense fog may occur. Be prepared for
rapid changes in visibility if driving this morning. Use low-beam
headlights, slow down, and maintain extra distance from other
vehicles.
