                                           Incident Report

          This is a list of incidents on Montana`s state-maintained highways. Montana
          Department of Transportation personnel along with law enforcement and other
          necessary officials are working to take care of these incidents.

          US-12 DOWNTOWN BAKER
          ROAD CLOSURE starting on September 03, 2015 at 03:39 PM
          THERE WILL BE A ONE-BLOCK ROAD CLOSURE ON HIGHWAY US12 IN DOWNTOWN BAKER. THE
          DETOUR IS BEING SET UP BY THE CITY OF BAKER. THE CLOSURE WILL LAST
          APPROXIMATELY 8 HOURS WHILE A HAZMAT CREW REMOVES CONTAMINATED MATERIAL FROM
          THE ALLEY ADJACENT TO THE STATE HIGHWAY. NONE OF THE CONTAMINATION IS IN STATE
          RIGHT OF WAY. THE DETOUR IS IN PLACE ROUTING TRAFFIC 1 BLOCK NORTH AROUND THE
          CONTAMINATION SITE. ALL APPROPRIATE SIGNAGE HAS BEEN PUT IN PLACE.

          US-2 ESSEX AREA, MILE 176.5 TO 185
          WILDFIRE ROAD RESTRICTIONS starting on August 20, 2015 at 03:00 PM
          HIGHWAY IS OPEN WITH PILOT CARS RUNNING BOTH DIRECTIONS.  NO STOPPING OR
          PARKING WITHIN THE PILOT CAR ZONE.  NO VEHICLE SIZE RESTRICTIONS AT THIS TIME.
              Expect reduced speed of 35 to 35

          MT-56 NORTH OF NOXON, MILEPOST 3 TO 17
          FIREFIGHTING ACTIVITIES starting on August 18, 2015 at 12:01 AM
          FIREFIGHTING ACTIVITIES ARE TAKING PLACE AND OFFICIALS ARE REQUESTING THAT
          TRAVELERS DO NOT STOP ALONGSIDE THE HIGHWAY.  HEADLIGHTS ARE ADVISED DUE TO
          HEAVY SMOKE IN THE AREA.  THERE ARE SEVERAL EMERGENCY FIREFIGHTING EQUIPMENT
          ACCESS POINTS WITHIN THE WORK ZONE.  WATCH FOR EQUIPMENT ENTERING AND EXITING
          THE HIGHWAY.  DURATION OF THESE CONDITIONS IS UNKNOWN AS THE FIRE CONTINUES TO
          GROW.
              Expect reduced speed of 45 to 45
