DRY AND MILD CONDITIONS TODAY. STORMY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO
DEVELOP THIS EVENING ACROSS WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA...PUSHING EAST
THROUGH THE DAY THURSDAY AND INTO EARLY FRIDAY.

TEMPERATURES WILL TOP OUT IN THE LOW TO MID 80S TODAY...AND LOWS
WILL RUN IN THE 60S.
