.SYNOPSIS...A STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL BE MOVING INTO THE REGION
TONIGHT AND OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.  WIDESPREAD RAINS ARE
EXPECTED TUESDAY AND INTO WEDNESDAY...AND THERE IS EVEN A CHANCE OF
THUNDERSTORMS WITH THIS SYSTEM.  WEDNESDAY EVENING A STRONG COLD
FRONT WILL PUSHED INTO THE AREA...THAT WILL BRING IN COLDER AIR INTO
THE REGION.  AS THE PRECIPITATION TAPERS OFF...IT COULD CHANGE TO
SOME LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS OR FLURRIES LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT
AND INTO CHRISTMAS DAY ON THURSDAY FOR SOME PARTS OF THE AREA.
