* WINDS...WEST AT 15 TO 25 MPH GUSTING AROUND 40 MPH...STRONGEST
  ON SUMMITS.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON SATURDAY AND
  CONDITIONS WILL DETERIORATE IN THE EVENING...THEN SLOWLY IMPROVE
