* LOCATION...KLONDIKE HIGHWAY MAINLY NEAR WHITE PASS.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...WINDS CHILL TEMPERATURES 30 TO 35 BELOW.

* WIND...NE WINDS 20 MPH WITH GUST TO 40 MPH TONIGHT INTO
  SATURDAY.

* TIMING...3 AM TO 9 AM SATURDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...EXPOSED SKIN CAN FREEZE WITHIN 30 MINUTES. REDUCED
  VISIBILITIES IN AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW WILL MAKE TRAVEL
  HAZARDOUS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

AN ADVISORY MEANS DANGEROUS WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES ARE ALREADY
OCCURRING OR IMMINENT.

EXPOSED SKIN IN THE ADVISORY AREA WILL BECOME FROSTBITTEN IN
