A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR STRONG WINDS AND
SNOW...FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 AM PST THURSDAY FOR THE KERN
COUNTY MOUNTAINS ABOVE 4000 FEET.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE...LEBEC...FRAZIER PARK AND TEHACHAPI.

* SNOW AMOUNTS...2 TO 4 INCHES ABOVE 6000 FEET WITH ONE HALF OF
  AN INCH NEAR THE 4000 FOOT PASS LEVEL.

* SNOW LEVEL...NEAR 4000 FEET.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 30 TO 40 MPH. WIND GUSTS UP TO 55 MPH.

* TIMING...STARTING TONIGHT AFTER 1000 PM PST AND CONTINUING
  THROUGH 1000 AM PST THURSDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS AND SNOW ACCUMULATION ON ROADWAYS WILL
  CREATE WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS. POSSIBLE ROAD CLOSURES AND
  LOW VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.
