URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...Snow To Impact Cascade Passes Saturday...

.Snow will develop early Saturday morning in the Cascades and
persist into the afternoon and evening hours. Snow levels will
start off around 3000 feet south of Lake Chelan and 2000 feet
north and will rise slowly through the day. Light accumulations
will be possible along sections of Highway 20 through the Upper
Methow Valley before noon. Snow is expected to transition to rain
on Saturday night.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM TO 7 PM PDT
SATURDAY ABOVE 3500 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions. Total
  snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches, with mountain
  accumulations up to 15 inches, are expected.

* WHERE...Blewett Pass...Loup Loup Pass...Washington Pass

* WHEN...5 AM to 7 PM Saturday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of moderate to heavy snow may
  reduce visibilities at times. Backcountry enthusiasts should
  prepare for heavy snow and plan accordingly for cold...wet
  conditions.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
