are still expected to increase from morning into the early
afternoon. Winds will be mainly from the northeast but could
vary a little from the east or north at times. Scattered showers
could develop in the area during the afternoon and evening.

                    mostly cloudy (80-90 percent). Chance of
                    rain showers in the afternoon.
