Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service State College PA
605 PM EDT Tue May 7 2024

Isolated showers across southern PA this evening will precede a
broad area of showers and thunderstorms which will move in from
Ohio and cross the state overnight. Some of the storms over the
west this evening and early tonight could produce isolated
thunderstorms with damaging wind gusts. Low temperatures will be
in the lower 60s overnight with some isolated pockets in the
mountains dipping into the upper 50s.

After some lingering showers in the east Wednesday morning, the
afternoon should be mainly dry and mostly sunny. More showers and
thunderstorms are likely Wednesday night into Thursday as an area
of low pressure moves out of the Ohio Valley and across
Pennsylvania.
