...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY MORNING THROUGH MONDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
  counties, Houston, Madison, Polk, San Jacinto, Trinity and Walker.

* WHEN...From Sunday morning through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks
  and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Scattered to widespread showers and thunderstorms will
    develop across the Watch area Sunday morning into Monday
    morning producing rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches with
    isolated higher amounts of 6 inches or more. Area soils are
    already saturated due to previous heavy rain events with 1
    and 3 hour Flash Flood Guidance around 2 to 3 inches, so the
    additional heavy rainfall may result in flash flooding.
