A STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL APPROACH SOUTHEAST TEXAS ON SATURDAY
AFTERNOON. STRONG DYNAMICS AND FAVORABLE UPPER LEVEL WINDS SUPPORT
NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING IN THE AFTERNOON
OVER THE WESTERN THIRD OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS AND SPREADING OVER THE
REST OF THE AREA DURING THE REMAINDER OF THE DAY AND INTO THE MID
TO LATE EVENING HOURS. THE PRIMARY SEVERE WEATHER HAZARD WILL BE
STRONG DAMAGING WINDS AND ISOLATED TORNADOES. HAIL AND MINOR
STREET FLOODING WILL BE SECONDARY THREATS.
