The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southeastern Garland County in central Arkansas...
  South central Saline County in central Arkansas...
  Northeastern Hot Spring County in southwestern Arkansas...

* Until 145 AM CDT.

* At 103 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Hot Springs, moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.
