   IN ARKANSAS...COLUMBIA...HEMPSTEAD...HOWARD...LAFAYETTE...
  LITTLE RIVER...MILLER...NEVADA...SEVIER AND UNION. IN
  NORTHWEST LOUISIANA...BOSSIER...CADDO...CLAIBORNE AND WEBSTER.
  IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...MCCURTAIN. IN NORTHEAST TEXAS...
  BOWIE...CAMP...CASS...CHEROKEE...FRANKLIN...GREGG...HARRISON...

* THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING

* THUNDERSTORMS CONTAINING HEAVY RAINFALL ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE
  TO SPREAD ACROSS THE FOUR STATE REGION TONIGHT. ADDITIONAL
  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF TWO TO FOUR INCHES...WITH ISOLATED HIGHER
  AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF SIX INCHES...WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH
  SATURDAY. GIVEN THAT GROUNDS HAVE BECOME SATURATED FROM ONGOING
  RAINFALL...THIS ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL HAS THE POTENTIAL TO
  ENHANCE RUNOFF AND RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING.

* IN ADDITION TO THE FLASH FLOODING THREAT...THIS HEAVY RAINFALL
  WILL CAUSE SIGNIFICANT RISES ON AREA RIVERS AND LAKES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION

  OUACHITA...RED RIVER...SABINE...UNION AND WINN. IN EAST
  TEXAS...ANGELINA...NACOGDOCHES...SABINE...SAN AUGUSTINE AND
  SHELBY.

* THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING
