The National Weather Service in Shreveport has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Central Grant Parish in north central Louisiana...
  Southeastern Natchitoches Parish in northwestern Louisiana...

* Until 100 AM CDT

* At 856 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
  the advisory area. Doppler radar estimated 4 to 5 inches inches of
  rain have fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Colfax, Dry Prong, Aloha, Lake Iatt, Williana and Bentley.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
