THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL
AND SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS...NORTH WEST AND NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA...
SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...AND EAST AND NORTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE THIS
AFTERNOON...AS WARMER AND MORE HUMID AIR RETURNS NORTH FROM THE
GULF OF MEXICO AHEAD OF A STRONG UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE THAT WILL
ENTER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS AND SMALLER SCALE DISTURBANCES MOVING
THROUGH THE SOUTHWST FLOW ALOFT. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL PERSIST OVERNIGHT AS DISTURBANCES MOVE CLOSE AND PASS OVERHEAD.
BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL AND LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS
AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT IN THE STRONGER STORMS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL SHIFT EAST FROM CENTRAL OKLAHOMA
AND TEXAS AND BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD SUNDAY...AHEAD OF THE SOUTHERN
PLAINS UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE. DAYTIME HEATING WITHIN A VERY MOIST

THAT ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR. STORMS WILL BE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS. HOWEVER...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL
AND FLASH FLOODING WILL BE THE PRIMARY CONCERNS. RAIN OF ONE TO
THREE INCHES AND ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS...WILL OCCUR ON THE
ALREADY SATURATED GROUNDS RESULTING IN RAPID WATER RUNOFF AND
FLOODING AND FLASH FLOODING. THE HEAVY RAIN AND FLASH FLOOD THREAT
DIMINISHES LATE SUNDAY NIGHT BRIEFLY...BUT RETURNS QUICKLY DURING
THE AFTERNOON MONDAY THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY AHEAD OF ANOTHER STRONG
UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE THAT WILL SHIFT EAST ACROSS THE SOUTHERN
PLAINS. ANOTHER ROUND OF ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH
DAMAGING WINDS AND HAIL...WITH THE MORE SIGNIFICANT THREAT OF
HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLASH FLOODING INTO TUESDAY. SCATTERED SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
