The National Weather Service office in Shreveport LA will conduct a storm survey today in Cherokee and Angelina Counties in Texas. The survey is in relation to the severe thunderstorms that moved through the area on Sunday April 28 2024. A final assessment including results of the survey are expected to be completed and transmitted via a Public Information Statement by this evening.
